1. HELM provides AI-assisted email management. You retain full ownership of your email data and content.

2. You are responsible for the accuracy of emails you approve and send through HELM. AI-generated drafts are suggestions and require your review.

3. You may only connect email accounts you own or are authorised to manage.

4. Fair use applies to AI processing; usage limits are shown in your settings as AI Credits.

5. The service is provided "as is" during the early-access period. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. You can terminate at any time by deleting your account; deletion is immediate and permanent for personal data.
